If you're an experienced A-Level Technician who can diagnose difficult problems and produce consistently, this role gives you the workflow, equipment, and earning opportunity to make those skills pay.

Technicians average approximately 55 flagged hours per week , with a three-month starting guarantee and additional incentive for high production.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is an A-Level role focused on diagnostics and higher-level repair work.

• Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Wiring and electrical troubleshooting
• Brake and suspension repair
• Wheel alignments
• General mechanical repair and maintenance
• Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

You'll have access to professional scan tools, factory diagnostic software, an alignment rack, and modern shop equipment.

What You Need

• 6+ years of automotive repair experience
• ASE Certification required
• Intermediate to advanced diagnostic ability
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Own professional automotive tools
• Virginia Safety Inspection License preferred
• DVI experience preferred
