Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on emotional healing and skill-building.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in alignment with state legal and ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, contributing insights from a therapeutic perspective.
