We are seeking a detail-oriented Agent Onboarding Specialist to review and process new agent onboarding submissions, ensure documentation is complete, and set up agent records in the agency management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review agent onboarding submissions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing documentation and communicate requirements to agents via email.
• Create and maintain agent records in the agency management system.
• Download, organize, and update onboarding documents.
• Maintain accurate agent files and support ongoing documentation updates.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with technology platforms or software applications.
• Excellent written communication and email correspondence skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Experience with data entry, document review, or onboarding processes is preferred.
