Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience) + Quarterly Office Bonus

We're looking for an enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator with treatment coordination experience preferred to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, educating patients, coordinating care, and creating an outstanding patient experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping patients receive the dental care they need.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate patient care with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and insurance providers
• Follow up with patients regarding outstanding treatment plans
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Help patients make informed decisions and schedule recommended treatment
• Educate patients on recommended treatment and the benefits of completing care
• Review insurance benefits and prepare treatment estimates
• Discuss treatment costs, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Present treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and confident manner
• Support a positive, team-oriented office culture

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Minimum of one year of experience in a dental office
• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused

Preferred

• Treatment Coordinator experience
• Experience presenting treatment plans
• Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and financial arrangements

Schedule

• Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• One Friday each month: 7:30 AM–2:00 PM
