Physician - Primary Care Job Details:
- 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting serving patients 18 and older
- Full-time, weekdays only schedule with flexible schedule options available
- Minimal call responsibilities averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
- Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment available
- Ambient AI integration streamlines clinical documentation and reduces administrative burden, allowing physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions
- EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal support efficient daily operations
- Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
- Robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
- Established mentorship and orientation programs designed for newly hired providers and those new to practice
- Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education Simulation & Innovation (CESI), Provider Leadership Development Institute, and an on-demand learning platform including CME and special courses
- Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
