Senior Product Owner

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner with 13+ years of experience to lead product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end product delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with senior stakeholders, Agile teams, and enterprise-level technology products. Experience 13+ Years Job Type Full-Time Location USA / Open to Relocate Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog. Work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership to define product goals and priorities. Translate complex business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, risks, and dependencies. Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Partner with Engineering, Architecture, QA, UX, Business Analysis, and other cross-functional teams. Provide clear product direction and resolve requirement-related issues and conflicts. Define and track KPIs, product metrics, and success criteria. Manage product releases and ensure successful delivery within scope and timelines. Communicate product roadmap, progress, risks, dependencies, and challenges to executive leadership. Identify opportunities for product improvement through customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights. Mentor and guide Product Owners and junior team members when required. Required Skills 13+ years of overall IT/product experience, with strong experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager. Extensive experience in Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies. Strong expertise in Product Backlog Management, Roadmap Planning, User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile project management tools. Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, cloud technologies, data, and enterprise applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and cross-functional teams. Experience working with geographically distributed and offshore/onshore teams. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
