Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. Troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause of malfunctions. Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools. Follow maintenance schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation. Comply with health and safety regulations at all times. Assist with special projects or tasks as needed. Skills Strong problem‑solving abilities. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail. Time management skills.
