A culture of fun and commitment to care. Lead Concierge – Full Time Pay: $25–$27 per hour, DOE. We are seeking a Lead Concierge to deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact for residents, team members, and guests. Responsibilities Assist with greeting residents, team members, and the public. Provide support and training to the Concierge team. Manage Concierge scheduling. Address safety and security concerns; monitor emergency and security systems during daytime hours. Deliver exceptional customer service to team members. Perform general administrative tasks including taking messages, routing calls, taking memoranda, distributing packages and mail, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of experience in a concierge or related role preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Reader. First aid/CPR certification required or per state/local guidelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Background check and drug screening required; physical exam, TB test, and fingerprinting may be required.
