Responsibilities Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5s standards. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste. Assume active role in overall plant and facility related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor. Perform housekeeping functions as required. Basic Qualifications High School Graduate or GED. Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must be willing to work all three shifts as needed. Must have a good attendance record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have a basic understanding to follow instructions in English Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience. Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment. Preference given to candidates with previous experience. Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation. Shifts

1. st shift 7:00am-3:00pm
2. nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
3. rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Compensation and Benefits Starting salary for position: $22.66 per hour. Bonus: Annual – Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics. Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays. Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages -- medical, dental, and vision – and are automatically enrolled in life, AD&D, and disability coverages.
