Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $85,000–$95,000
• The R.E.A.L. General Manager Program (see above)
• Quarterly incentive plan with the opportunity to earn up to 20% of your base salary

Management Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly employees
• Identify and delegate responsibilities to shift leads and team members
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
• Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operating standards are consistently followed
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate employee records and required documentation

Administrative Responsibilities

• Create schedules that support operational needs while achieving labor goals
• Maintain accurate weekly inventory and proactively manage food costs
• Review financial performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Manage daily cash handling and bank deposits

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

• One year of management experience required
• Must possess Manager Food Safety certification (within one month of employment)
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
• Able to walk or stand for long periods
• Must thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
