Direct Internet Sales Representative

We are seeking a Direct Internet Sales Representative for a 4+ month contract-to-hire opportunity in Castle Rock . You must be located within 35 minutes of Castle Rock.


The Role:

Responsible for sharing business solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach. This includes having energy, knowledge, and the ability to overcome concerns and questions from customers.

Ability to learn the Tech industry and speak with ease and comfort about the many solutions and offerings. Training will be provided!

The Main Responsibilities:

1. Activate the sales strategy for the market area.
2. Responsible for cold calling and prospecting, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high-activity sales model
3. Daily/weekly business reporting and accurate documentation of sales activity are required.
4. Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors
5. Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer's business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.
6. Manage and develop sales funnel and proactively monitor sales activity against assigned quota.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
8. Complete daily activity logs, sales reports, etc.
9. Consult with customers to gather information and make recommendations for their communication and entertainment needs.
10. Manage mileage and expense reports within the allocated budget.
11. Develop proficiency in assigned product sub-set into your assigned multi-tenant unit buildings.
12. Become proficient in systems, use cases, and product offers for sales quoting and ordering.

What We Look for in a Candidate

1. 1+ years' sales experience.
2. Possess excellent communication skills and can develop and deliver meaningful and concise presentations, as a majority of this role will be going outside talking to potential customers.
3. Possess a strong knowledge to overcome customer objections.
4. Ability to analyze, comprehend, and translate numbers and reporting into actionable plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quota.
5. A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Pay: $30.00 per hour on W2. Once converted to perm, additional compensation with commissions (On Target Earnings is $85,000)
