This is n in-person contrct role bse in Sn ntonio, Texs, with the potentil to convert to fll-time employee role.

This role combines strong visl esign skills with I/X thinking, responsive esign expertise, n close collbortion with evelopers to eliver thoghtfl, ccessible, n high-performing igitl work in fst-pce gency environment.

We're lso looking for someone who brings forwr-thinking minset, someone who is innovtive, proctive, n eger to psh cretive n igitl experiences forwr, not jst execte them.

Yo'll be working from or vibrnt, newly renovte owntown office locte in the former S Crrent biling, which fetres two floors fille with ntrl light, brn-new kitchen, pte bthrooms, spcios conference room, n res eicte to both collbortion n qiet focs. Srrone by the historic chrm n cretive energy of the re, it's the perfect setting for inspirtion n tem evelopment. Wht We're Looking For

• 4-6 yers of experience in igitl esign, I/X, or web esign, preferbly in n gency environment
• Strong portfolio showcsing responsive web esign, cmpigns, n ser-centere igitl experiences
• vnce proficiency in Figm, incling responsive lyots, components, prototyping, n eveloper hnoff
• Strong nerstning of responsive esign, ccessibility, sbility, n content hierrchy
• Working knowlege of HTML/CSS fnmentls, WorPress workflows, n moern lyot systems
• Experience collborting with evelopers n cross-fnctionl tems throgh lnch
• Strong commniction, orgniztion, n problem-solving skills

Nice to Hve

• Fmilirity with Flexbox, Gri, CMS constrints, n igitl performnce best prctices

• Bchelor's egree in relte fiel or eqivlent experience preferre. Portfolio/work smples reqire.
