What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care services to pediatric and adult patients in a outpatient/family medicine setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing health conditions.
• Document all patient interactions accurately within the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to all licensing and credentialing requirements, including immunizations and background checks.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare standards.

What You Need

• Valid California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications.
• CA Controlled Substance Certification (for PAs).
• Minimum 3 years of outpatient/family practice experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to meet immunization requirements (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap).
