• Weekday 6:45am‐6pm, weekend 7am‐6:30pm, plus night shifts
• 10‐20 call patients per 24 hours, 1‐2 admissions
• 20‐bed pediatric critical care unit
• In‐house call coverage with 1:8 ratio
• Intubation, central lines, chest tubes, sedation required
• Ventilation management for newborn and pediatric patients
• X‐ray and EKG interpretation skills needed
• Ongoing coverage assignment
