Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic and CT procedures under the guidance of a Radiologist and Department Director. This role requires a level of technical expertise that does not require constant supervision, utilizing independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to ensure effective application of ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes. The technologist will also take on responsibility for designated areas and procedures as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and CT procedures with a focus on patient safety and imaging quality.
• Collaborate with the Radiologist and Department Director to enhance workflow and diagnostic accuracy.
• Utilize independent judgment and technical expertise to address challenges in imaging procedures.
• Assume responsibility for specific areas, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the age-specific requirements of patients served.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent.
• Completion of a School of Radiologic Technology accredited by the ARRT.
• Current registration as a technologist by the ARRT.
• Licensure as a technologist by the State of Montana and the Montana Board of Radiologic Technologists.
• Demonstrated knowledge related to the age-specific needs of patients.

Note: This position is not accepting in-state (Montana) travelers unless they reside more than 250 miles from our facility.
