Occupational Therapist Position at Barrington of West Chester

Join our amazing team at Symbria! We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our employee-owned team at Barrington of West Chester in West Chester, OH!

This position is open for intermittent (4-8 hours per week). As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals of all ages overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges that may prevent them from participating in everyday activities. Your expertise and compassion will change lives by creating personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence, improve function, and enhance their overall well-being.

Key responsibilities include establishing personalized treatment plans and setting goals that align with patients' needs, supervising Occupational Therapist Assistants to ensure effective treatment, maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation, working as a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, creating life-changing outcomes for patients, and building strong relationships with patients, their families, and the community.

What we're looking for includes a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, a valid state license, the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed, and experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is a bonus, but not required!
