The Role The associate will handle a mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. You’ll work alongside partners recognized for their deal-making acumen and mentorship, gaining exposure to every stage of the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and leases. Conduct due diligence, title review, and closing coordination. Communicate directly with clients, counterparties, and municipal offices. Support partners in structuring complex development and financing deals. Qualifications 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Familiarity with New York City property and zoning matters a plus.
