What You’ll Do The Records Department plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of essential loan documents throughout the mortgage process. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of original records, facilitating communication with investors, title companies, and insurance agencies, and ensuring all documentation is properly organized and uploaded into company systems. This position is essential to support loan fulfillment, compliance, and investor delivery standards.
