About the Role:

Aesthetic and Reconstructive Therapy in Austin, TX is looking for a talented and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facials
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
• Administer laser treatments, microneedling, and other advanced skincare procedures
• Educate patients on proper skincare regimens, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment progress
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance in all treatment areas

Requirements:

• Valid Texas Aesthetician or Master Aesthetician license required
• Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferred
• Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments, laser therapy, and chemical peels
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and cosmetic dermatology
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a medical team environment
