Location: Franklin, IN Setting: Employee health/primary care Schedule: M/W/F 7:30-4:30 & Tu/Th 9:30-6:30

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Provide employee health/primary care
Patient volume: 7 12 per day
EMRs: Athena
Supported by APPs, physician, and nursing staff

REQUIREMENTS:

Board Certified NP
Active IN license
BLS certificate
Minimum 2 year of primary care experience
