Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehab care in our inpatient setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ daily living skills, functional mobility, and safety at home and in the community. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, rewarding work environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
