Organic Compliance Coordinator

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Organic Compliance Coordinator will conduct investigations of complaints and requests in accordance with established policies, collaborating with an investigative team to prepare and report findings. Key responsibilities Completes intake and reviews of complaints and investigation requests from various sources, including the National Organic Program Develops and executes investigative plans, maintaining timelines and tracking activities related to complaints and investigations Prepares detailed Investigation Reports and communicates findings to relevant personnel Required qualifications Bachelor of Science degree or five years of relevant experience with USDA National Organic Program standards and regulations Expertise in organic production or handling techniques and knowledge of certification to USDA organic standards Experience in performing certification reviews and evaluating compliance with applicable regulations Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
