Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations, including detailed histories and full?body skin examinations. Diagnose and manage common and chronic dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, rashes, etc.). Identify and treat precancerous and cancerous lesions (AK, BCC, SCC, melanoma) within scope of practice. Perform medical dermatology procedures including: Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies Cryotherapy Wound care and post-procedure management Order, review, and interpret dermatopathology and diagnostic tests. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with licensure and clinical guidelines. Provide patient-centered education on skin health, disease prevention, and treatment expectations. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR. #J-18808-Ljbffr
