Full Time Manual Labor Coalinga, CA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1229 Salary Range: $18.00 To $21.00 Hourly Duties/Responsibilities: Monitor and control the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and vehicles in compliance with company security procedures. This includes every employee, even management Verify identification of all personnel entering the premises, NO EXCEPTIONS. Direct visitors with scheduled appointments to the front office for check-in and visitor pass issuance. Ensure all visitors without an appointment are denied access and let office know. Maintain accurate logs of vendors, visitors, and contractors using computer systems. Open Doc Remain stationed at the guard shack during all operating hours; the guard post must never be left unmanned. Enforce company ID policies for all employees, including staff, management, and “Hall Management” employees and vendors/third parties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guard shack daily. Prepare and submit detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, or security breaches to management. Respond to and report suspicious activities, trespassers, or emergencies, including contacting law enforcement (911) if necessary. Communicate with direct supervisor regarding contractor and visitor issues as needed. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firm adherence to company security rules. Report any issues to your immediate supervisor. Flexible to work any shift Employee must comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Perform additional related duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: Communication is key Flexibility Team Player Thoroughness Customer Service Education and Experience: 1-2 years of related experience recommended Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20lbs Must be able to use both hands continuously, including grasping, pulling, pushing & writing. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, and reach forward, overhead and below shoulders for prolonged periods.
