Edward Jones is seeking a Senior Branch Office Administrator to support a Financial Advisor in delivering personalized investment, retirement, and wealth management guidance to individual investors and small businesses. In this client-facing role, you’ll manage daily branch operations, including account onboarding, documentation, trade and money movement processing, and CRM accuracy. You will schedule and prepare client meetings, coordinate local marketing and client events, and uphold strict compliance and confidentiality standards.
