SBA Lending Strategy & Execution Lead

You will own strategy, operating cadence, and performance discipline across Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and Technology. Reporting to the Division Head, you will build a cross-functional team, drive efficiency, strengthen credit discipline, and deliver executive-ready insights through dashboards
