Embark on a fulfilling contract role as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, serving students in a vibrant educational environment from August 2026 through June 2027. This full-time position (35-37.5 hours per week) offers a rewarding split between a special education preschool setting and a nearby elementary school. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with educators and support the communication needs of young learners across distinct developmental stages.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligible for state licensure as required for school-based practice
• Previous experience in schools is preferred, with a strong understanding of IEP processes and educational collaboration
• Compassionate, flexible, and eager to impact students’ growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student progress in both preschool and elementary settings
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and share expertise to foster a supportive learning environment
