Caregiver for Adulte Male / Hurst 76053 (MR)

Hours: 30HRS per week (28.75 PAS, 1.25 Respite) Job Description This member requires a compassionate and attentive caregiver to assist with daily living activities due to several physical limitations. The member is paralyzed on the left side, blind in the left eye, and is considered a fall risk. Assistance with walking and mobility is essential. The member is also incontinent and uses pull-ups, so support with hygiene and toileting is required. Due to vascular dementia, the caregiver should be patient, understanding, and experienced in working with individuals with memory or cognitive impairments. The member is not bedbound but will need help with transfers and moving safely around the home. A calm demeanor and ability to provide consistent, respectful care are key. Pets are present in the home, so caregiver must be comfortable around animals. The member is a non-smoker.
