Responsibilities Independently manage a caseload of personal injury matters. Conduct thorough case investigations and develop legal strategies. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies. Prepare legal documents such as Summons and Complaints, Motions, and Appeals. Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Remain accessible to clients as needed. Utilize strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Collaborate effectively with a team of professionals. Requirements JD from an accredited law school. Admission to practice law in the State of New York and in good standing. 3-5 years of personal injury experience. Strong communication and client service skills. A proactive approach to case management and advocacy. A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to justice. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to practice law in the State of New York. Skills Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and people skills.
