Our Medical Telemetry unit includes comprehensive monitoring and care for patients with a range of conditions requiring telemetry observation. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and perform patient assessments. Monitor telemetry readings and report significant changes in patient status. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Prepare patients for various procedures such as Endoscopy and IR. Document all care activities and patient responses accurately in EMR. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license in the state of North Carolina. BLS certification is required. Experience in Medical Telemetry preferred. Leadership experience or previous charge nurse experience is a plus. BSN is preferred but not mandatory. Why ARMStaffing?
