Technical Program Manager III, AI Labs, Core

Be responsible for developing and delivering a motivated collection of experiments and development efforts to enable AI business transformation capabilities impacting work throughout the company.Activate and propel a high-velocity AI-native lifecycle across multiple cross-functional pods in Core Labs, while also maintaining effective collaboration with widely-distributed partners and stakeholders.Propel experimentation and solution development for AI business and product transformation. TPM harnesses AI-native pods to maintain a rapid cadence of ideation and iteration to capture learnings and ensure that the technologies we build are responsive to feedback from the business and tightly linked to the expansion of the AI frontier.Support rapid cycles of instantiation, mutation, and graduation of a dynamic set of initiatives directed at concrete, durable business goals.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in program management.Experience in generative AI.Experience with software development.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience blending conventional program management principles with a principled commitment to instantiating and evolving a structure of AI-native pods.A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all.
