Senior Claims Consultant

Managing high-severity, complex insurance claims, the full-time Senior Claims Consultant will focus on coverage analysis, policy interpretation, and strategic claim resolution for Employment Practices Liability and Professional Liability claims in a fully remote setting. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret EPL, Professional Liability, BOP, and GL policies while drafting coverage position letters Oversee complex claims investigations and develop strategic approaches for resolution, including litigation oversight Negotiate settlements and manage reserves, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal protocols Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership in good standing, or 7-10+ years of senior-level experience in handling complex liability claims Active adjuster licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed Demonstrated expertise in insurance coverage analysis and policy interpretation Strong understanding of liability, damages, and litigation strategy Experience managing high-frequency EPL programs and familiarity with panel counsel management
