AI Support Engineer (Azure Cloud Engineer)

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Cloud Operations team as Azure Cloud Engineers / Cloud Support Engineers.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, Microsoft Azure services, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support Azure cloud environments.
• Assist in deploying and managing Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, and App Services.
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application-related issues.
• Support incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
• Monitor system health, alerts, and performance metrics using Azure monitoring tools.
• Configure and manage user access through Azure Active Directory (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID).
• Perform basic cloud security and compliance checks.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Learn and adopt Azure best practices and emerging cloud technologies.
