Overview Our Early Development team focuses on Phase I and IB trials, the first practical tests of a compound’s clinical relevance and commercial viability. These studies set the stage for subsequent investigations. As a Research Technician, you will receive comprehensive training in various technical support services such as phlebotomy, vital signs monitoring, ECGs, and more. Your role will ensure the successful completion of Phase I clinical trials by performing both technical and non‑technical procedures, collecting study‑specific data, and contributing significantly to the overall study conduction process. Responsibilities Perform technical procedures including automated vital signs, electrocardiogram, urine collection, blood collection, etc. Interact regularly with study subjects in all in‑house and outpatient studies to perform study‑related procedures. Perform non‑technical procedures including subject walks and safety monitoring. Perform other duties as assigned. For per diem roles, hours are not guaranteed but typically average 20-29 hours per week. Qualifications Education High School diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification. Experience Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job or ability to be trained in Phase I technical procedures (0‑1 years). In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to be trained in all Phase I technical procedures. Ability to interact with subjects and staff in a professional manner.
