Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Deliver comprehensive physical therapy interventions, enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function. Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehab specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a recognized equivalency from an accredited institution. Required: State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Preferred: CPR certification. Specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Prior experience is highly desirable. Capacity to treat patients with diverse and complex medical and mobility challenges. Strong teamwork and communication capabilities. Proficient with digital charting and clinical documentation tools.
