Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT)

Position: Full-Time
Location: Ohio
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients as they address relationship dynamics, behavioral patterns, and emotional challenges that affect daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans accurately and on time
Maintain compliance with Ohio licensing and ethical standards
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Requirements

Active Ohio LIMFT license or eligibility for licensure
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Experience providing clinical therapy services
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Strong documentation and time management skills
