About the Position

Job Title: RN Emergency Room Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS via AHA required, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH Certification, Client CPI Must-Have: BLS, ACLS via AHA required Description: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. This position involves working in a trauma adult emergency room setting. Every other weekend requirement is included.
