Associate Patient Care Coordinator

To support a busy dermatology and rheumatology practice, the full-time Associate Patient Care Coordinator will verify patient insurance coverage, manage patient scheduling, and address patient inquiries while working remotely in Worcester, MA. Key responsibilities: Verifies patient insurance coverage and updates demographic information using a computer-based system Schedules and coordinates patient visits and medical procedures, communicating changes effectively Handles patient-care related calls and responds to urgent needs by contacting healthcare providers Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service experience in a clinical setting 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EPIC Must be at least 18 years of age
