Assistant Project Manager

Location: Ames, IA Oline Construction is expanding its presence in Iowa, and we’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects in the Ames area. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction career who wants meaningful field exposure, strong mentorship, and the chance to grow with a rapidly scaling company. You’ll partner closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help deliver successful projects while gaining real-world experience in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
