About the Role:
Argan Home Care is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing team in the Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Englewood, FL communities. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises, safety techniques, and home programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate continuity of care for patients transitioning between levels of care

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred)
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong knowledge of physical rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for home visit travel throughout Port Charlotte, FL
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
