Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler on First and Second Shift ! In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling components and products using a variety of tools and technical drawings. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure that each product meets quality standards and specifications. Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and products following detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents.
• Assembles machinery, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications with fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more. Use hand tools, tape measure tools, and machinery to assemble parts and components into finished products.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar technical documentation, then builds to those specifications.

• Taking precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components.
• Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units.
• Manage parts inventory, tools, parts, and supplies, ensuring the correct quantities of components are available for assembly.
• Works closely with other team members on the assembly line and communicating effectively to meet production goals.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions to managers.
• Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality standards.
• Report issues, malfunctions or defective parts to the manager.
• Maintains equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
• Check assembly parts for defects before completing the product.
• Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves any identified problems and alerts supervisor.
• Operate power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle manual tasks involving lifting, positioning, and securing parts while adhering to proper personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues, interpret machining instructions, and optimize processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and interpreting blueprints or schematics.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with shop math, technical drawings, and production document interpretation.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely.
• Experience with soldering or machining is a plus but not required.
• Excellent manual handling skills with an emphasis on precision measurement instruments.
• Knowledge of safety procedures including PPE use and manual handling best practices.
