Duties: (full list of mixed duties) Customer Facing Have full knowledge of the menu Greet customers with enthusiasm and answer any customer questions about the menu. Food Service Learning proper portions Ensure that all product is available at all times and being served up to standards Checkout Assist in the checkout process, collect payment and bag food. Maintain an accurate cash register and run credit cards. Cleaning Maintaining a clean and organized dining area Touching on tables and bussing, and interacting with guests Additional Opening, closing and side duties that may include but not limited to cleaning and stocking.
