Responsibilities * Specialized Care: Provide tailored companionship and cognitive engagement for seniors with memory care needs (Dementia/Alzheimer's). * Mobility Support: Assist with safe ambulation, client transfers, and transporting/escorting clients to appointments or outings. * Personal Care: Help with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. * Health Maintenance: Provide medication reminders and strictly follow individualized client care plans. * Professionalism: Maintain accurate documentation and charting of the client’s daily condition and activities. Qualifications & Requirements * Certification: Certified Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration, valid CNA license, or equivalent training.

• Registry: Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) or CNA Registry status.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a home care or facility setting (memory

care and mobility experience highly preferred). * Availability: Flexible scheduling options available across 3 to 6 shifts a week. * Health & Safety: Current CPR/First Aid training (or willingness to obtain quickly) and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray. * Transportation: Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel around the South Bay territory. * Tech-Savvy: Access to a smartphone and internet for scheduling and charting.
