Marketing/Catering Specialist

Elkton Chick-fil-A is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketing/Catering Specialist to join our vibrant team. This position is crucial in promoting our catering services and enhancing our brand presence in the community. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and have proven experience in marketing and event management within the restaurant industry. As a Marketing/Catering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing catering events, catering promotions, and community outreach initiatives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential catering opportunities, and developing marketing strategies that promote our services effectively. This position also involves working closely with our kitchen and service staff to ensure that our catering offerings reflect Chick-fil-A’s high standards of quality and excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to engage our target audience and elevate our brand awareness. By fostering a culture of collaboration and passion for service, you will help drive the growth of our catering business and contribute to the overall success of Elkton Chick-fil-A.
