JOB DUTIE Plan health and safety program and protocol Use data analysis methods (develop and maintain all strategic improvement plans) Focus on health and safety issues, such as preventing workplace accidents Drive all safety compliance in order to achieve leading indicator goal Teach / train employees, supervisors, managers and other leaders in the company about health and safety standard Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal and state regulation Handle risk assessments to gather information on safety issues REQUIRED Bachelors Degree (or) 5+ years work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 2+ years Safety experience working in a Manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
