• Preferred Qualifications: Home health experience, experience with Oasis, EPIC charting system, and familiarity with patient education and therapy equipment.
• Additional Information: The position requires the therapist to work within a generally 60-mile radius from the assigned address, with occasional travel up to 90 minutes daily. The role involves minimal patient visit ratios and charting using EPIC and Rover/Oasis systems. Travelers are expected to float between facilities as needed.
