As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Uniontown Nursing and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Our facility has been a staple in the Uniontown community for over 30 years, and we take pride in fostering strong relationships between our staff and residents. As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility exercises
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided
- As a CNA, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and uplifting environment
- As part of our evening shift, you will work closely with other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
