Real Estate Attorney

A premier California based law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to join its growing Real Estate practice in Los Angeles. About the Role This role offers significant responsibility handling complex real estate finance and transactional matters from inception through closing. You will work directly with experienced partners while advising lenders, developers, investors, and other institutional clients on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Advise clients on complex commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development projects. Structure and negotiate debt and equity financing transactions, joint ventures, and construction related agreements. Handle sophisticated real estate finance matters, including securitized lending, due diligence, and title and survey review. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Qualifications 7-10 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm. Strong background handling acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, development, and construction matters. Experience managing transactions independently from start to finish.
