Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Washington and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply Experience with Dentrix, digital x-rays, electronic medical record systems, and other dental technologies is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional patient care Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with patients and team members Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
