Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner and powered industrial equipment while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and precision. Perform computer-based tasks to support order fulfillment and inventory movement. Work cooperatively in a team environment, including during high‑demand periods, and communicate clearly with leaders and peers. Pack customer orders according to specific requirements, including special markings, pallet configurations, and product handling needs. Retrieve, transport, and stage materials according to daily work schedules, which may include loading finished goods into outbound trailers. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all housekeeping expectations daily. Safely operate equipment such as fork trucks, stock pickers, pallet jacks, turret trucks, and reach trucks after successful completion of required training. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support distribution center operations. For This Role, You Will Need: Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math skills to support order accuracy and documentation. Completion and successful passage of Emerson‑required training for powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to fork trucks, stock pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet while wearing approved fall‑protection equipment. Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and stand or walk on concrete for 8+ hours. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with RF scanning equipment or warehouse management systems. Experience operating multiple types of powered industrial equipment. A strong record of meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
